Got a little more done this weekend
Tapped the oil pan for the drain lines and stuffed some an fittings in them
Painted my water pump and timing cover and tossed them back on as well
Also finished up the fuel system
Got the return lines ran, swapped a few blue fittings for some black ones...lol, cleaned everything up and tightened it down
second pump wired up off a hobbs switch, tank back in the factory location.
Had to cut the tank cover a little to fit the 90 degree fitting, a little dremel work and some pvc and it looks good as new, once the carpets back in place it'll look completely stock
Wastegates have 9lb springs in them, not sure what it'll make at 9 lbs
Bought a gfb gforce boost controller, gonna break the motor in on gate pressure and up it from there. It won't be on a dyno for a while, I'll race it at different psi to try and gauge the power at different psi
They're cx racing Gto manifolds
They're pretty tight to the engine, I imagine they'd work well in a lot of swap cars
Have to relocate the coils or flip them and use long wires, it's a tight squeeze
Bought those vband to t4 flanges from cxracing also, wastegate mounts are part of it. They came with several different rings for whatever size gate you run
It'll be on e85, hoping twin 255s and 84# injectors will get me where I want
