30GPH methanal injection, please post tune.
Hey,
Im tuning my car now with the dual alky control nozzles, 15gph each. I was running a single. Just wondering if anyone out there could post there hptuners tune. Preferably 3bar, running about 20psi. Just curious to see when and where you are pulling fuel and what not.
Thanks
Alex

That sounds like a lot of meth. I am running the same kit, with a 15 and 10 gph nozzle and it is plenty. A few times I have tried to run more than the engine likes, but it always loads up at the top of a run and goes too rich.

I have it kicking in at around 9psi so it doesnt have to big of a range. I could always step it down a bit, the kit just came with 2 15s. Do you have a tune you could post?

I verified by using the tbrake that the pump turn on is 7psi. I really don't get a wb reading change untill 10psi. Talked to Julio (awesome guy) he says that could be normal. By the time it sprays, and is registered could be 2-3psi.
Any one else see this? Do you just start pulling fuel from a couple psi above turn on?
Some one in here has to have a dual alky kit with a turbo that does his own tuning, right?

I have one nozzle 12 inches away and the other 18inches away if i remember correctly. Can verify tomorrow. Im thinking that could be my delay. If it comes in at 10psi thats fine, Ill just tune for that.

I looked through the few logs I have with my current setup and really don't see signs of a delay. Make sure the control setting is not too low. My understanding is running it below 5 or 6 can cause issues like that.

My gain is at 7. Initial at 7psi and turn on pressure at 12 O'clock now. Was at about 1130.
It does go fat on the top end, maybe I will at some fuel around 5200-6000. Take some our above 6000.

When I was spraying too much, it would load up and go very fat at the top end.

Mine is probably different than what you would need. I run the meth off my MAF, not the MAP.
Turn on is 2
Initial is 11.5
the controller is between 6 and 7.
Light comes on between 3 and 4 lbs.

Gotcha, well I think Im just going to make some runs at the track at different boost levels and dial in ve table. Trying to do this on the highway is tough. I think Im in the ball park though.
Would still be cool to see some ve tables or logs.
