GT4094R twins?
Got a kink in my neck from staring up at the belly of my Datsun all morning, but finally figured out a way to sneak the down pipes under all the obstructions. I ordered my up and forwards today and I need to get a pair of turbos and waste gates for this Dart next ls. I have had great luck with Garrett turbos in the past and ran a GT4094R as a secondary on my diesel for several years. Anyone here run a pair of 4094r's on their LS?
Thanks.

As long as the engine is a decent size, then they should work just fine.
But unless you're getting them cheap or already ahve them, there are just better and better value for money units out there.
I had one sitting here that a friend used, and could easily have bought another for my own car, but they just didnt appeal to me.
I'd say 408 upwards and they'd probably be great.

The likes of a BW S366 would be fairly close size wise and much cheaper although it is only oil journal.
One thing that put me off the GT was they need water cooling. For me low mounting them, having to run both oil and water lines would have been a nightmare.
For the money the new S300 SXE range look excellent.
The likes of this will flow more, be cheaper and easier to install. Physically they'd be about the same size, bigger in some ways, smaller in others. But just an oil journal.
Maybe you wanted ball bearing units ?

For sizing, here is a basic S366, GT4094R and S364FMW. 4094 is the one with the elbow welded on with my horrible welding lol

My check came back. Someone else's money got there first. Found a guy that can make me up a 84 or 85 mm S400 in a couple of weeks. He builds nice stuff for diesel pullers.
