I don't have an S-484, but I do have an L92 w/ an S-480. It's a billet wheel V3 with a 96mm 1.10 a/r. I have a 2" hot side and a full 4" exhaust with muffler. It has a JFR cam in it and a 4L80 trans with a tight PTC converter. I'm only able to footbrake to 3000 rpm on the two step, but as soon as I let go of the brakes boost climbs to 11 lbs (wastegate spring) fairly quick. I still have quite a bit of tuning left to do, so I hope to improve this.

I have an RPS 4" thick 24" x 12" Core, 3" inlet/outlet, intercooler. The car weighed 3450 w/ me in it (the LTD in my sig). I'm going through the car now and removing some weight, but it still has ac, ps, pw, pb, bench seat etc.

I am in the middle of installing one but wont be about 2-3 months before it is actually in use. Mine will be a 408ci motor.

I can't see it being much bigger, I've never had a s480 so I'm not sure of the size difference.

You have the same options for compressor cover sizes on both turbos. So, none, or a lot.

If both units are equipped with the same housings... there is zero difference in physical size.
