I just went through this. Get your radiator fan on and your accessories before you start building. I mounted mine as far forward as I could without hitting the fan. I think we have the same radiator cept I did the combo unit with dual fans. That fucked me. If I would have done a single center fan you have more room on the driver side.

alot more options if you dont mind cutting out part of the apron or notching the frame. whats your goal for the downpipe? fender exit or all the way back?

what radiator is that? Im trying to find a +3 inch core like that for a decent price, found lots of cheap ($150) universal ones but there always 2.0 or 2.25 core.

That looks good, what headers are those? What do you have holding the turbo in place?

I made an L bracket that bolts through the frame. My turbo flange bolts to it. I am also running a remote water pump and plan on putting the radiator under the trunk. I have a griffin 19x31 dual pass radiator that stills fits up front if i wanted. The headers are huron speed.

Yup same radiator I have let me know exactly what you need and I'll snap some pics. I originally just got the radiator. Then sent it back for the combo unit. That is how I learned of the space issue with the fan. So my mounting location also gave me a small fit with downpipe routing.

Did you purchase them separately from Huron speed?

I have a csr moveable thermostat housing so I used a Napa hose number 7209

If you want to run a factory thermostat housing you can run a 20450 I believe it's a gates hose but they should be able to cross reference it.
