Fuel pump

^^To add to his question: What fuel will you be using?
I wouldn't buy anything from racetronix. Do yourself a favor and put a walbro 465 in it. Google part number f90000267 (better yet, ebay). Get one of those with an install kit (filter sock, hose, and weatherpack connector). You should be able to find one for around $110. Eventually one 340 won't be enough anyhow. Probably the same with the 465.
For the "hotwire kit" build your own. Run a power wire from the alternator to a relay, ground one side of the relay and power the other side with the grey wire at the fuel tank. The grey wire is what tells the stock pump to come on or not. Just make sure you use the right size wire and relay.

If your goals are fi with a lot more power just do a twin setup with a Hobbs switch and good wiring now and be done with it. Otherwise your going to be redoing it several times. I suppose you could start with one 465 and add another later if your trying to keep the price down now. Also will need bigger lines, rails, regulator going forward.

Stock lines will work fine. There was a lt1 car Speed Inc did that made 4 digits on stock lines. I think that was on e85 as well. On 110 a single 340 pump would be good for ~650hp and a 465 will be good for a little over 850. For the price of the pumps I think it's a no brainer. I have two 465s in mine. They didn't fit through the hole real nice but they're in there. Before that I had two 255s then upgraded one to a 465. Those setups fit through the opening just fine even though racetronix told me there was no way I could get a 465 pump to fit...

500 HP puts you close to the safe-limit of a 255. You'll top it out with a Procharger before you hit 6 PSI.
If you want an in-tank single, run one of the big Walbros, like a 450+. They can make 800 to the wheels. You can run a pair of 340s with a few extra fittings.
