Default Finally dynoed car today with the new forged bottom end!

Went to MTI to have my car retuned after a new bottom end was installed. I was happy with the results I dynoed 559RWHP and 533RWTQ. Air fuel was dead on across the board. It was down from the previous dyno before the new bottom end , but the air temp out side was 90 and on the last outing it was 75 so that would be most of it and this was after consecutive pulls also. Jayson told me that if I wanted to see higher dyno numbers I could let it cool off and it would pick up 10 or so HP but I was not worried about it that much runs great! And I will have to retract my statement about Racetronics PNP system as I dropped to 52# of presure but it still was enough for it not to run lean.

Great seeing you up at MTI. I can't wait to see how the car runs at the track. Once again, congrats on your set up.

@7lbs and around 6500. It peaked at 6000-6100 area and max tourque was around 5500 or so he did not print me out a dyno sheet as there new printer would not work with the program so I will be taking him a disk so I will have a copy.

What was your air/fuel at 52 #? The guy that tuned my car said that he could not get my a/f under 11.9 because I was out of fuel pump. My fuel pressure was only down to 57.5 # @ 6000 rpms so I think that should be enough.

2ktransam I am not sure I think it was around 12.5 all the way across the board. I just remember Jayson saying it was dead on all the way through out the power range. I don't know about your tuner MTI is local to me and I trust Jayson more than any other tuner in Houston and he is very good about going over every thing he is doing etc... and if your fuel presure is a 57 you are fine stock is 58 I am not sure what he is talking about? I am running a BAP and it never dropped below 52 under WOT.
Got Me Some- With Heads and the cam and a 2.65 pulley that is about all the G-trim will do I have the 2.5 inch pulley but I am like a rollerskate now more power is only more wheel spin etc I neet a 12 bolt and a few other things so I am going to drive it for a while untill I do a rear end and drive shaft. I am just on street tires 18' and full weight 3680. I am not afraid of to many people the nitrous guy are the only ones to watch out for etc.

Sounds like a fun idea Tony! I think I am needing that rebuild also having a few issues with the trans now not bad but I see it coming. And I wans't saying that there weren't any FI or N/A cars out there that aren't worthy just I don't run into them at all but I will be driving a bit and maybe I will run into some others like you Tony. HA HA!
GMS- I have a 6spd.

Well Tony it made it five days? The trany is junk! All I have is fourth gear! it won't move anywhere else so it was an eventful drive home to say the least. I'll be on the phone in the morning getting the parts ordered. One little run and after fourth gear nothing it wouldn't move. Although it was a good run! LOL!

do stock t 56's crap out with that much power? i thought they could take more power before they let go. i guess if you're making 600 flywheel hp or more you have to get a tranny built whether you are a4 or m 6.

Well I can't speak for the majority, but this one worked great right up to the end never had any reall issues with it. It stuck in fourth right after the dynoe tune I just messed with it a minute and I thought that was the sign and I was right. Ordered parts today.

The factory in-tank regulator is loosely fixed at 58PSI.
This would be an injector issue.
