I second the Z06 cam, turbos are realling funny about the cam. I went with a lingefelter GT-7 turbo cam and I am loving it. Its the same cam they are putting on their twin turbo vettes. And the plus side is you cant even tell there is a cam in it, it will idle better than stock plus give you but loads of top end with the turbo.

Hey, how's the low end on that cam compared to whatever you had before?

That would be a weird sounding engine without a cam....=) I wonder how you would open the valves...I also hear good things about the Z06 but I want something a little more on mine...I'm probably going to go with a W2W cam...They've been turning out some really good products...

I really like the way this cam performs, with street slicks and converter I havent gotten any better than a 1.6 60', but it did drop my 1/4 mile time about 7 tenths of a second. I went from a best 12.2 (I think I still had some tuning issues) to a 11.6 after the cam. I am taking it back out there this weekend to test and tune some more. Our elevation here is around 2500' ASL. On the street is a different story I can't catch traction at all from a dead, and from a role @ 40 it will still get sideways.

I hope this helps some.
