Does anyone have an STS camaro that can't be seen from the rear?
I have been planning on doing a procharger this summer but I am staying open-minded about a turbo as well. the only reason that I don't want to go turbo is that a front mount is probably too expensive and a STS (my personal opinion) looks goofy hanging down from the rear. But does anyone have an STS that can't be seen from behind and keeps the dual exhaust outlets, so it looks stock???

lol, CME=center mount exhaust, its the body piece attached to the bottom of the rear bumper that has a hole i nthe middle for the center mount tips. This will add a little to the rear bumper a help hide it a little, not sure all of it or not however

yea TRT has some nice pics of the STS camaro's he's done and they hide em semi-decently compared to others ive seen....
anyways yea thats another reason why i love my Trans Am more and more every day, our rears are so much bigger on the bottom end lol
What im goin to be doin is playin with the piping back there (custom Exhaust shop fabricating it with mandrel bend machine bla bla) so the turbo sits as high as possible, then running the exhaust pipe out of the turbo into dual style tips with small (12") dynomax bullets....and i also plan to run a pipe from the wastegate INTO one of the tailpipes so its "quieter", i heard it sounds better with wastegate muffled
OH YEA and im painting everythign BLACK(except for my polished turbo housing )
so if and when someone asks (becuz i know imma pop the blowoff on somebodies ***) ill be like, turbo?, what turbo? ur crazy dude

thanks for pics, yeah you TA guys have a lot more to help cover that back end up... I think I am still leaning towards the procharger, because the front mount turbos cost a little more than i can afford
