Default Opinion on these turbo manifolds

I have a friend who is interested in going with twins on an f-bod. Came across these. Tell me what you think. They can be made with the outlets facing forward.

They are made in the UK. The address is on the pic (I did have permission to post the pic). Looks like a clean simple design that tucks up real nice.

looks like a cast log. your not going to get as high exhaust flow out of those as you would on a tubular manifold setup, or hell even a truck manifold setup. would be nice if they just kinda canted those even a bit to not make 90 degree joints, that will play hell with backpressure. but certainly is an interesting idea and would be pretty easy to make a twin setup.

looks like you'd have to take them off to change plugs?

It also doesn't look to me like turbos would fit unless they were pretty small, without hitting the frame rail anyway.

Installed pics would help. I don't think fitment is going to be that great.

don't aim for big HP numbers with these, don't look like they flow very well, and will cause allot of back pressure on a decent amount of boost. a dyno chart with a car that had these installed would be helpful.

At the current exchange rate their "base" price is $810 before shipping. I am thinking they would charge more for for outlet/WG flange changes.

"These high flowing "block huggers" are specifically designed for diy retrofit installations and are suited to vehicles such as the Ultima or any other high powered car with a confined engine bay. We manufacture any turbo location angle from side to forward facing units and will make adaptors to relocate the turbo's if required. Header turbo flanges are T28 to any T3 frame size or bigger ie GT37 etc. We produce it to order. You pick the angle and we cut the header/turbo flange to suit or you can cut it yourself when doing your engine installation. We/you can also tilt the turbo flange up or down. We have versions which accept Tial remote wastegates mounted above or below the manifold. You can't get a more versatile header anywhere if doing diy! If not in stock these take appx 4 weeks to manufacture."
