Default What do i need to use a MAP sensor instead of MAF?

I've installed a turbo but what is the advantage of a 2 bar map sensor over the MAF sensor?

2-3 bar...your ecu knows what boost is via the 2-3bar map sensor and can add fuel accordingly. more than likely the maf sensor will be maxed out by 3-4k pending yr application..after that you are shooting in the dark. the 2-3 bar map will take care of that

You will need a tuning package that provides a modified operating system for the ECM. I'm using EFI Live 2 bar O/S with excellent results. MAF is sitting in a corner of the garage.

So would EFILive be acceptable? What else would I need? The sensor itself correct? Where do I install the sensor on the intake? Thanks in advance.

So all I need is the sensor and tuning? Where does the sensor plug in?

So I can use both the MAF and the 2 bar sensor? Is it difficult to tune?

if your using the 2 bar then you will no longer need the MAF. The MAP sensor will adjust your fueling
