Default Max power out of T76??

people with these setups, can you let me know what power your making?

my setup will consist of 6.0L block, ported 317 heads, (either truck manifolds or OhioFI manifolds)

i'm looking to make 750-800 on pump gas.

A guy i'm working with thinks that w/ the displacement (364ci) that i'll max it out on higher boost. He advised to look into possibly a T-88.

Any suggestions?

this will be a street/track car.

best i could do on with a camed 6.0 and t76 was 640rwhp. thats thru a 4l80 and a tcase and i was running good gas. i saw good gains to about 14psi and then just hot air with more boost after that.

That's odd. With the T76GTS and 388 cid, I see huge gains when I go from 14 psi up to 20 psi. Been way over 640 rwhp also.

maybe that is the gts part kicking in. seems like the t76 is rated at 900? and the gts76 is rated at 1100?

Probably the one that makes the least amount of power.
