How much rwhp estimated?
Hi guys.
I try´d the serch button but wasnt any closer at all
say im very new to all of this and the question is
how much rwhp would you say,
with Procharger P1SC ,Twin Intercooled (7psi)
and almost stock everything in a LS1 ?
This is a M6 car with Hooker LongTubes and a Borla Catback.
And allso if i wanted to be able to move it up to (10ps1)
Then what would be needed to do ?
Plz someone input something helpful here
Thanks.

Only with a most excellent tune! 8lbs would be the max I would recommend unless you are an expert tuner or know some who is.
I made 521 to the wheels at 10PSI, 587 at 12PSI then I cracked a couple ringlands on the stock motor. It's all rebuilt now, see sig. I knew I was pushing it and the tune was close but not perfect. You should see an easy 450, maybe more. That would be alot fun for awhile.

I don't recommend going over 8 psi on a stock bottom end, unless you have access to good 93 octane or higher fuel, and have the funding necessary to rebuild the engine should a piston ringland crack. Bob

a mail-in tune is not what you would want. You can either learn how to tune (check the PCM forum for info) or keep looking for someone who knows how to in your area.
It not as hard as some people would come to believe.

Can it be done with DiabloSport, Predator Programmer ?
Would you recommend D1SC or P1SC ?
And here´s the best part...
What is actually done when you tune a car ?
Thanks again

What is done when tuning a car? It's mainly correcting the A/F (air/fuel) ratio and advancing/retarding spark timing.
Till now there is no complete guide on how to tune engines (not that I know of) but here are some nice links I've found that will surely help:
