Default 408 / S85 turbo project halfway there

First off Don Kinder (aka Slowhawk) is a f'in GOD That man has skills to say the least. Don and I decided to let the 4.8 finally take a break after last season and me trying to stuff 18# of boost down its throat all the time. So this year we stepped it up a little bit. Here is a small run down on what we have going on:

- SDPC built 408:
-6.0 iron block
-Callies crank and rods
-JE Pistions (8:1 compression)
-ETP 225 heads
-Comp Cam 23x/23x 600ish lift
-Edelbrock carb intake

-Intake Elbows 90*
-90mm tb
-Air Works S85 turbo (t6 flanges)
-Slowhawk turbo kit
-4inch dp
-5" diesel exhuast
-fully built 4l80e
-3200 PI convertor (triple disk)
-15 gallon fuel cell (in bed)
-full fuel system (75# injectors, -10 lines, twin Bosch pumps)

Don's work is amazing and he has really taken the time to make sure we not only pick the right parts, but he makes sure my dumb *** understands why we picked those parts.

Here are a few pics of the build so far:
Getting the old setup ready to be taked out

The fuel cell

The new s85 turbo mocked up on the engine

Final mock up and test fit

So the setup should make some good power and should make for fun driving in a 2wd pickup

It is a street truck. So i will be happy with 700rwhp on 93 pump with no meth and at 10-11 lbs of boost. and run 11.00. I really wanted a setup that was strong and would last on the street

Last year he ran a 4.8L with a STS which did pretty good at 11.8 in the 1/4.The problem was that the 4.8 had to always be in boost to move.
This year we stepped it up a bit for reliability and that it can have some down low power.Figured we'll tune it up to 15lbs for this year with 8-10lbs on the street. We hope for 11.0 to high 10's on a street tune.

The pumps are 2-Bosch 410's. 1 will be boost reference,We chose them for longivity on the street. The rest of the fuel system will be -10 feed line,rails,75's and a -8 return. We also have a meth kit for added performance with the 4" intercooler.
Tranny is a built 4L80 with a 3200 stall. Next year it will get a 4 link suspension with tubs to help the light rear hook.
