My car is in the shop getting a new motor and kit installed. Did you have to put the radiator fans on the front of the radiator to fit the crossover? My crossover is hitting the fan shrouds? Does the radiator support pull the radiator more verticle?

the crossover does rest on the fan shroud. Just make sure you wrap the crossover and you'll be alrite.

I guess it in the way of the fan blades they wont be able to spin we are gonna have to move the fans to the other side of radiator or make the radiator stand straighter? Sellsz06 moved his fans to fit the crossover. Also the shop says the only downpipe piece usable is the z shape one the other one is like a dump and does not connect to the z shaped downpipe?

my crossover fits with the fans just rests on some of the shroud. I had to pull the header in order to install the DP since it wouldnt fit. We had to section and re-weld the z piece since it was pointing up to the floorboard. Also the WG dump tube didnt line up so we had to massage it ALOT.

So you didn't even use the other downpipe piece? I don't think we can use it. It appears to be some sort of dumped downpipe for no mufflers and no exhaust?

I moved my fans bc I had Phamspeed b4, be I would still have room to put them back. U can rotate the xover and give a few inches of room, sometimes you or a shop would overlook simple things.

How did you use the piece besides the z piece? Does it go after the z piece after the k member? Does the z piece attach to the turbo? Thanks just want to help my installer since he is having little problems.

Yea for the floorboard you just need to cut and re-weld it so it points straight back instead of up. Also we had the same problem with the WG dump. What we did was attached the DP to the turbo then got all the bolts started on the WG and dump tube and tightened them a little at a time to get the pipe on there. It was a BIG trial and error to get it to work and figure out how to tighten the bolts. Another thing I will prolly do later on is I already bought 2 flanges and will just make a new one later on.

the part with the flange that is straight attaches to the turbo then the Z pipe goes after that and follows down the firewall.
