Default which cubic inches is good for a TT??

I plan on running Twin Turbo once I get my SS and right now Im hoping to run into a Incon TT kit or go with a different tt kit.. but I plan on building the motor and just wanted to know what you guys think is a good cubic inch, I plan on hitting at least 650-750hp. Should I go with stock built cubes (346) or get a 347ci or 370ci or 383ci.. I dont plan on going 402ci or anything.
thanks for anyhelp.

i like stock cubes, a lot of guys on here have great success staying 346 (look at Tiago). Depends on the size of your turbos though, but from an Incon, 346 should still be a great choice and will keep a little bit of extra cash in your wallet.

yea, id stay stock cubes, more cubes require bigger turbos and more money for the cubes and bigger turbos obviously, then you start making rediculous power. Like Cablebandit said, stock cubes for incon. I run a Turbo-Zone twin kit with T3's.

Now I just pray that there is a Incon For sale when the time comes to buy a turbo kit which should be this summer.

I know they are, i think I saw one for sale not to long ago... but trust me I think If I offer someone a pretty good penny.. above the normal asking price of a Incon kit Im sure someone might take the kit off and sell it. But who knows I guess I can only pray and hope one is forsale when the time comes... otherwise Ill have to look at other turbo kits.. maybe just go Single turbo.

Stock cubes is all you need for 650-750 RWHP, thats not that much power. Why bother building a big stroker and wasting the money.
If you wany BIG power than the old saying still holds true....."There's no replacement for displacement."

You might be in luck. I may be swapping out my Incon mid-season with something new in a "1 week thrash" to avoid too much downtime with the car during the summer.

Turbos will be rebuilt and fitted with upgraded wheels by the time I'm ready to sell. I'll let you know when the time comes.

the incons pop up forsale once in about 4 months or so.
also if you dont see any for sale for a wile you have the APS or street tuna kits which will be similar, cost about the same and make as much or more power.

No need to wait for a used Incon kit to pop up - just buy an APS kit.

I run a forged stock cube LS6 motor with a pair of T3/T4's and haven't had any issues making 700 rwhp.

I had the option of putting in just about anything I wanted, but it seemed like everything other than stock cubes had drawbacks.

The stock cube motors don't seem to have the oil consumption issues, sleeve issues, etc.

They also go to **** at anything above 800hp. The LS1/6 block was not designed for high triple digit hp, and a teardown inspection of one run at those levels shows just that.

I'm with you Mark, a twin turbo LS1/LS6 is easily good for 700-800 rwhp with a forged engine and the right supporting mods..............no need to go with huge cubes to generate high torque and power.
