My new setup: P-1SC w/ forged 347 (632 RWHP)!!
Well, I finally got the new setup up and running to get to the dyno and get some tuning done. I was chasing some rough driving conditions (which turned out to be my lifters) so in doing that, I didn't have time to wire up the meth kit before my dyno tune appointment. So this was all without meth.
First pull with the conservative mail tune it made 454 rwhp at 8psi of boost. That was with 16° timing, and the A/F dipping down to about 10.1 or something in the crazy rich region. Which was okay because essentially, this tune was basically just supposed to get my car running so I could drive it to the dyno. It was not intended to be taken to WOT.
Second pull Glen (my tuner) put in 20° of timing (which I was running on my previous setup) and leaned out the fuel. This time on the dyno, it got to about 7psi, then the boost shot down. I forget what the power was on that run, I think it was in the 470's or something? At any rate, I knew the belt was slipping. So I tightened up the belt and we tried it again.
The third pull I don't think anything changed in the tune, just tightened belt, it got up to 11psi and made 545/494. The A/F was good, but was starting to creep up towards the end. From about 5700 to 6300 RPM it went from around 10.9 to 11.8. Still in the safe region, but Glen went ahead and added a little fuel from 6000 up.
For the 4th pull, we wanted to see how much the filter and intake hat was restricting me. I have a tiny 6" conical filter that is maybe 4" at the base. And the hat that does the 90° turn from the blower is supposedly pretty restrictive as well. Anyways, after the filter/ hat assembly was off we made 1 final pass. This time without the restrictive filter it went to 14psi and made 632rwhp and 533rwtq The A/F spiked there at the end of that run to above 13 at about 6300 RPM. Chris (the dyno owner/ operator) had glanced at something real quick, and once he looked back at the computer screen, he couldn't get out of it fast enough. But it wasn't for very long at all.
Anyways, I am stoked! I was hoping to be in the 600~650 range with the meth. Being there without it is just awesome! I couldn't be happier right now. Now to finish up my car completely, I gotta get a big *** filter and find a place to put it so I can take advantage of the extra 90 rwhp the current one is robbing. Then I need to hook the wideband up. I've ran the wires for it, just haven't taken out the old A/F gauge yet so I can put my wideband gauge in its place. Then I need to install the Aeroforce interceptor gauge and run the wiring for the meth. Then she should be 100% put back together!
Heres a comparo of my old setup with stock internals and the P-1SC at 6# with a 4.3" pulley

Nice numbers, but pretty lean at the end there. I hope it holds together for you on the street. Its a much different scenario then the dyno. Anywhere from 11.0-11.5 is considered a safe tune; 13's is blow-your-****-up lean.

Ya I know. Which is why, at the moment, I am running it with the filter and hat on. It restricts me to 545rwhp and 11psi, but my A/F is in the 11.0-11.5 range. When I get my new air filter assembly figured out, I will have it tuned for that same A/F range with the more unrestricted boost potential I now know is there. If we would have had it tuned for 11.0-11.5 A/F with my current filter off, when I put it back on for the street, it would have put me probably in the rich (10.0-10.5) range.

But actually, I may be coming down there to OKC for tuning after I get my meth setup and the new filter assembly figured out. We'll just have to see. I'll definitely give you a call if I do
