Heads on procharger???
I saw the other procharger head threat but i had a little different selection on heads. Plan on ati procharger next year and i want to do heads first. I was looking at afr 225cc or lq9 patroit heads. Which is better for my set up. Also what do you think i will get out of the power gains.
Thank you guys.

It really depends what the budget is? The afrs are pricy, but proven time and time again, the patriot is a all around awsome budget head that works great with FI and NA, for the $$ it is very worth it.
Are you planning on staying stock bottom end? If not then i would get heads, if you want only around 500hp then the stock heads are fine with 8psi with a ATI.

A very good and inexpensive head to use is the Patriot LQ9 Stage 2 heads, which will drop your compression ratio slightly. We use these heads up through 16 psi, past that amount of psi, I would go with a thicker head deck, such as what the AFR heads come with. Bob

I went with West Coast Racing Cylinder Heads (WCCH) stage 2 LS1 blower heads.
Lowered the compression a little with the 71cc chambers (9.4:1 with my -4cc pistons), and they are CNC ported with their Stage 2 port job. Richard is very helpful in discussing your goals and picking out what you need, and it won't break the bank.
I'm making 740+ torque on 8.5psi and a 50 shot with an LS6 cam and shorty headers - on STOCK cubes. (Well, 1 more ci than stock, W2W forged 347).
