Default Any way to tell if knock is false or real?

I did some logging yesterday and I'm getting some knock here and there. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason it will just pop up here and there. The car is a big solid roller and I was curious if it could be false knock.

I thought I've read that the knock sensor sensitivity has to be changed due to the solid roller valvetrain.

you can try some race gas and see if it keeps knocking.

Put race gas in it...if it was close to where it should need to be(boost vs. compression vs. timing vs. octane) then you add race gas and it goes away then you need to adjust. If it keeps knocking then you know its false.

Ya, race fuel, or try some of that octane booster from the sponser on here...octanium or something like that. Another 10 points of octane should cure most true knock for sure. Have you tried re-tuning and lower timing tables in the spot on the table it shows knock?

I'm going to recheck my log tomorrow but I'm pretty certain it was just here and there and not just in one particular spot all the time. I'll have to dump some good gas in and relog.
