408ci Twin Master Power T70 turbo's
Well since as some know I had a cracked ringland on #7 piston on my motor. Took it the machine shop and block was already bore 6 over so its craped for turbo use. With that said I have a 6.0 iron block and all the goodies for a 408. I want to go twin turbo on the 408ci motor. I would have to mod my ofi kit to work.
Now to the question
How good are the MP-T70 turbo's. From forced inductions site it looks like 2 of them are good to 1700hp (850 hp each)
I only have heard of one person running them with a 408 combo and that was another GTO person I know that car made right around 800rwhp but I am unsure of boost level.

Jose hates those turbos lol...
they wont make 1700. I think 1200 woudl be pushing it for them. Once you get past 20 psi of boost they will self destruct promptly.
but at 18 psi on my 347 they pushed 950 rwhp
On my 427...... still to come

Go with a set of TC70's or the new FI-70's that will be release soon. TC70's are good for ~850hp max, and the new FI-70's are good for around 920hp each

I ran one MPT-70, and I ran it for a year... I removed it afterward, and it was in the same condition as new... Just my experience.
I would DEFINITELY not expect 850 hp out of one... Mine was ran good at 8 psi, but at 16+ psi, it fell on its face FAST.
