Default Pulley size?

I am trying to figure out how much boost will I make with a 3.90 pulley.

Engine is a 408 with 9.0:1 CR, AFR 225 72cc, Fast 90/90, FMIC, F1C, ARH LTs, 8 Rib 8.25 kit from EPP.

What pulley do you have now, and how much boost are you making? Is this for the D1 or the F1C?

I am building right now. I have both a 4.10 and a 3.90 with a F1C blower. Never ran it yet just need to know because I am selling the D1 head unit and the guy needs a pulley for it.

Not sure about a F1C but I have a F1A on a 402, AFR 225 heads, Ported 90mm Fast, ATI 7.625 crank pulley, 4.0 inch blower pulley, and I am making 18 lbs at 6500 rpms.

Well I suppose with my higher step up ratio on the blower and the larger crank pulley I had probably better use the 4.10. I am trying to get in the 18 to 20 psi area for now. How long have you been running the FAST intake at those boost levels. It is about the only thing I am unsure of in my build and can't seem to find a clear answer on that or people that have actually tested it for that matter.

I have about 10K miles on my setup with no issues at all with my Fast intake.

The F1, F1-A, F1-C, and F1-R series Prochargers have the same step up ratio of 5.4:1. When first starting off, it is better to put on the largest pulley and work down in size. With my 402/F1-R, I am seeing 14 pounds with a 4.25" pulley.

Thanks for the info. I will be putting on the 4.10 pulley and working from there.
