Default One of our latest projects completed. 921rwhp @18psi

We just finished up one of our latest turbo builds, a 68 Camaro with an iron 408, L92 heads/L76 intake, and our TU1 cam 225/225 113lsa.

The turbo system consists of 2 PT61 P-trim ball bearing turbos, Tial 44mm gates, Tial 50mm bov, Precision air/air intercooler.

Fuel system is twin walbros, RC 75lb injectors @73.5 base pressure, stock pcm with HP Tuners 3bar speed density operating system.

On base boost of 11psi and 93 octane it made 716rwhp and 745rwtq. 18psi and 5 gallons of 110 racing fuel mixed in it made 921rwhp. No torque reading on that run.

Injectors hit 88% duty cycle on the 921rwhp run but we decided to leave it where it is for now instead of pushing the fuel system to the limits for a glory number.

The roads are terrible here so we havn't been able to take the car for a test drive but it should be wicked with how fast the 408 spins up the 61's

Here's some pics and dyno sheets. We'll have pictures of the car completed up within the next few days.

Cool to see those injectors taking 90+psi. Great results.

your setup would put out some some killer numbers as well

Scott you need to just drive/race the car cme spring and not worry about the other big hitters

I gotta do something for now since I can't drive it. I am REAL CLOSE to putting it on a trailer and going to Texas just to spend a week in the drivers seat

Bro-very nice numbers!!! On the 921 run where did the power peak and where did it begin to fall off? On the other run it looked like it peaked at 6000 but held the number until 6500 then fell off. I'm just asking because that is a nice fat curve for those L92's and the intake. It looks like the thin deck is a non-issue. Very nice!!!!

Killer work man! I love the car, engine/trans, and turbo combo! I love how it is so symmetrical looking in the engine bay as well!

Very nice guys.
Is that fuel system the same as the one you set-up for my car other than I'm on 60lb injectors? I would like to be around there with my new 408 set-up but I guess we will have to see if my little D1 will be able to make that much boost.
Congrats on another very impressive turbo set-up.
