With 2 bosch 044 fuel pumps and a adjustable fuel pressure regulator,I have made over a 1000rwhp. Everything is maxed out though. I am currently adding more injectors!

Since a blower takes more power to turn compared to a Turbo I would say 850-900rwhp with a dual nozzle meth kit. That is with enough fuel supply of course.

Min maxxed out at 15psi, but i'm using the stock rails and feed and am still returnless. I'm guessing I was in the 800 rwhp neighborhood. Went to 95lb/hr low imps now with a megasquirt.

I maxed out 75lbs injectors at 800 rwhp which I was told was impossible but I was at 110% duty cycle then, so I went with 96lbs now......good luck with the build.....

Depends on the fuel pressure, but if you hold 58# with the additional boost reference pressure 900rwhp will not be a problem with a supercharged application. Adding meth will even push this higher.

If you do not boost reference, the output will be inveresly proportional to the amount of boost you run as the injectors will flow less with every # of boost you add due to the fuel pressure offest.

With whats in your sig I think you should be fine, for awhile atleast anyways, LOL

Like already stated, the pumps are important to and results from having some good fuel pressure!

It is all about the fuel system. You are going to need a fuel system something like what we put together on my Camaro, shown here. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=12 Bob

Your complete fuel system (99 corvette) listed on your website is listed for $1649, does this include boost referenced regulator & billet fuel rails???

Scotty bro-Lonnies kit is 100% complete and plug and play-it's a very nice system and I use it on all the builds I do. You can even get rid of the BAP with this kit.

I'll be testing a TTix system soon with the 60's to see how far we can push it.

NemesisC5, yes it has billet fuel rails & boost referenced regulator.

eb02z06 got the first C5 kit that I built & was a great help with testing & also provided some great HP numbers to back up the performnce potential.

I just talked to Lonnie & his system is indeed boost referenced...when I get a little more coin I'm gonna make the plunge...even though I do not plan on going big power anytime soon, I feel the fuel system on FI cars is paramount to safety & consistancy...goodbye BAP...for a little bling I'll mount a liquid filled mini FP gauge on the regulator in addition I'm ready to see my FP pod gauge flick the needle

Depending on the build from what Ive seen is 6-900hp......alot of other factors like fuel pump or pumps...fuel pressure etc...you catch my drift......>Actually the apexi safc is great for a piggy back style....And the greddy emanage...IS well sick....Had 4 so far!!!!
Those will maximize a/f efficiency.....Well unless you run a stand alone.....
Water meth is insane.......I run it on everything I had just about....
