I'll bet your bracket is not located correctly. That would be the only way to "tighten" the throttle cable...

Are you talking TPS is not 100%, or the throttle blade not opening fully? Obviously, if the throttle blade is not opening fully you have an adjustment issue. If the TPS is not reading 100%, and the blade is opening fully, its likely the sensor is bad. I had one do it before.

I've been looking at mine and I don't like the way the braket is positioned, it's too far forward and I think I'm going to have the same problem. I noticed alot of guys mounting the braket straight to the side of the elbow. I beleive this is going to be the best solution or make a new braket that sets the black throttle braket back enough to thighten the cable up.

Ricky....same as others have said. Pull the intake pipe so you can see the throttle body (w/ the car off ). Step on the gas (full throttle) and see if the blade is opening up all the way. If not, adjust the cable bracket to take the slack out of it. If the throttle blade is opening fully, it's the TPS sensor.

BTW....why are you going WOT already? Impatient man, arent you!
