is 106mm turbo over kill for a 383 lt1/lt4
engine:LT1 block with splayed 4 bolt mains

I think it's the wrong turbo for your engine/trans/gearing setup. As a 6spd car I think you will have issues spooling it, keeping it spooled and getting it to it's effeciency range. You'll always be shifting just as it's starting to kick in. I've read that some of the
With 4.56's and a 7300 rpm redline you'll only get to 133 mph in 4th gear with a 28" tall tire. You'll need to be in 5th gear before the 1/8th mile. If you plan on trapping less than 140ish in the 1/8th the 106mm is the wrong turbo. Your injectors are also too small unless you plan on running 2 sets.
I think something with an 88mm comrpessor and a gear change to 3.5x would be a better choice.
