Default Early results with the APS kit

I got some results from my APS kit today. at 8 pounds of boost it made 65X/65X. My E-Boost ll is messed up somehow. the first pull it made 20 pounds of boost, we let out early and at around 4800-4900 RPM it had made 805 RWHP and about 1000 Foot Pounds of torque. I just need to get it fixed and I will be in business. I also went to the local 1/8th mile track, made 1 pass and left because there were WAY to many cars there, My battery kept dying, and I was just tired. It went 6.95 at 106 MPH on a 1.65 60 FT but it blew the tires off at about 60 to 80 feet out and I had to let all the way out 2 times

should get all the runs in that I want on Saturday. I think it has a 6.50 or better in it just like it sits and maybe even better. Sorry, no video.

I thought the standard springs would not hit 20psi? JM is think getting only 12.5 max from his standard springs. Unless its from his engine being a 402. What size is your engine again Darren? I was thinking better get 10psi or whatever springs to start as want to see 15 to 18psi max whatever it needs to be to get me to 850rwhp on m6 or 800rwhp on auto. Also hoping to see some more dyno results on 402 or 408 before I throw my kit in case want to send my unused turbos back for the upgraded ones.

So Tom your turbo went back to APS and you got another one now?

Well this is why still a bit confused. Thought JM is saying he can't get past 12.5 on the standard springs with his eboost 2 on his 402. And now we see this post with 20psi on eboost 2 well as said if the eboost was not workign right same as just pulling off the line to the gates. Still figured even with line off you shouldn't be able to get 20psi on 7.5 psi tial gate springs?? In my 97 talon have 44 mm tial gate .Had 15psi springs and could only get to about 25 or so max about 10psi over .Had to go to 20psi minimum spring to be able to get to 30psi or so.
So wouldn't think 7.5 standard springs would do over 15psi even with gate unhooked totally? Was therefore going to order myself some 10psi or 12psi springs. These springs affect minimum boost as well .You can't set boost under the minimum spring value. Boost controllers let your run higher than this minimum.
Some guys run no controller just use the gate springs to control.

Did you end up getting the eboost 2 set up correctly? If so, how do you have all the lines ran, etc? Thanks!

No cage yet. No drag shocks yet. The car has a Spohn Torque arm, BMR rear control arms, BMR panhard bar, BMR Extream Drag sway bar, full BMR front K member, upper and lower control arms, sub-frame connecters, 9 inch rear with 3.50 gear and Detroit Locker, Built 4L80E with vig stall (not wure what stall speed but it is around 3000) and a fully built 403 engine.
