Default E-boost 2 and questions about boost on a rearmount

I have a few questions about my E-boost 2 controller and the lack of not building boost. Before i change anything(SLP's LT's) I was reading up a little on the controller(WOW!) Could some of my problems with building boost be in the settings of my controller? I havent done anything with the settings at all. Any opinions and information would be greatly appreciated. When the car had the 382 and little GT-67 turbo she spooled much better than now with the 408 and bigger 76GTS turbo. With the little reading I did it seemes like a lot of settings influence boost. I did no tweaking with the original settings after the bigger motor and turbo. I know I need to change to factory monifolds or some shorties, but could my boost benefit some with some changes in my settings?

The Eboost does have the ability to hold the gate shut longer, to build boost.

The GP setting is gate pressure - you want to set it so that it opens at the latest moment, without creating a boost spike. What is your target boost?

How laggy are we talking about?

When I took her to the track last week she didnt build ant boost off the line(LT's being the most likely cause). Unfortunately I cant find my manaul for the controller. Its like figuring out a quantum physics problem without it. Low boost(SP1) is set at 8.5lbs and high boost(SP2) is set at 11.5lbs.

I got online and read some of the manaul and my waste gate was set at 2.7lbs. I changed it to 6lbs to see if i notice any difference.

just remember the 'value' you see on the set point display IS NOT TARGET PSI

it is a % from 0 to 100 of possible boost. 0 being minimum boost (riding the wastegate) and 100 being full boost

for exaple my car runs a 10# gate spring, at '30' over gate i am at like 14# and at '50' i'm at about 17# boost

How much can you go over the spring pressure?
Lines got crossed when we ordered my TiAL w/g, it came with a 7.5 psi spring (.5 bar). Will I be able to run double the rated spring pressure (1 bar), or more?

Typically you can only run double the spring pressure. Anything more then that and it seems to be inconsistant.

That is what I figured,I probably should try to find a 60mm tial 10 psi spring.
