Default Thoughts on fuel system and rails.......

I have stock fuel rails right now with 60pd injectors Walbro 340 in tank pump

A drop of about 20 psi in fuel in the blink of a eye when the boost comes on.
Shutting down at 6,000 RPMS.
Thoughts on fuel rails and dual intank kits and front mount regulator.
I have already searched and looked with some ideas in mind. I would just like any experiences with who has used what. Thanks!

MODS are:
This is with a D1-SC shooting for 8psi
Cam,headers, LS6 intake, stock ported TB

2 Walbro 255 Fuel pumps
FAST LS1 fuel rails
Aeromotive Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

You might also think about a Driver Box. (Acceleronics Injector Driver Box)

Theres no way in hell you should be losing that much pressure at 8 psi and your set up. Something else is going on if you ask me. You should be good for at least 650rwhp

Get a dual pump set up, a FPR at the rails and a return line. You dont need aftermarket rails. The stock rails have been taken to 1000 rwhp

Although rare, I have seen people use the stock fuel lines but never rails. The problem with the FPR being before the rails is it doesn't account for the pressure drop across them. You can get rails for cheap and expands fuel system options tremendously.

I agree, but you can put an aftermarket FPR at the factory rails

Let me re-write what I meant. He has injectors and a single in-tank pump. It's not adequate, and he needs more than his nearly stock fuel system.

I've heard of the fuel lines holding 1000hp, but I've never heard of stock fuel rails making it at that much power.

Switch to the duals pumps, some better fuel rails, and a regulator.

Food For Thought:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/fueling-i...t-upgrade.html

Boost Reference Fuel Pressure Regulator.
Maybe Hotwire kit.

Rails are not even close to running out.
But Aftermarket rails get a more accurate read for the FPR

Walbro 340 is plenty - Check immediate drop or delayed to see if your fuel bucket is having a issue.

Stock lines are good to around 650 safely if you have a clean fuel filter.

You also might want to look around for my Baseball.

Hope This Helps,
Earl

Thanks Lonnie!!! I have looked at some of your products already I just gotta decide what needs to be replaced. I don't want any to do any Band-aid fixes its like just asking for trouble later down the road!!
