Default e85 and fueling system high horse

ok i am shooting for 1000 wheel horse with e85. and under normal theory e85 takes 30% more fuel as pump.

so 1000 e85 is around 1300 pump gas ( in theory )

well i have taked to a few people about pumps. so i am going with a three pump set up.

i have a aluminum tank so i am doing my own stuff. basicly a 255 intank in basket. then two bosch 044 for boost pumps.

i have talked with a few poeple and they say for that much fuel i need -10 line. well while i am cruising down the interstate i dont want my fuel pump(255) pushing that much fuel.

so i was thinking that i would leave stock line and let 255 feed that line. then put -10 line of the 044 pumps and bring that to engine bay. then y the two together into my fuel lines. then into my reg. then return with a -10.

does this sound right or should i just let me 255 push the fuel throught a -10 line

A bigger -10 fuel line will not hurt anything. That is better than running multiple lines & fittings.

Fuel circulation is due to the size of the pump & the excess fuel circulated.

The line size has nothing to do with this, it only allows more volume to be delivered to the engine under high demand.
