Default High HP fueling Q

Have a question guys, I have a corvette eventually going to be running some pretty high hp and am wanting to go with a magnafuel efi pump.

Since I can not sump my stock tank would it be possible to run the stock pump from tank to a custom external tank up front with a magnafuel pump running off of that?

Wouldn't this insure the pump always has fuel if i go with say a 2gal fuel cell.

Thanks!

You know what, the more I think about it I have seen others tap the stock vette fuel tank..

What would be the safest way of running the system? Stock pump fueling 1or2gallon cell to magnafuel, or magnafuel directly off of stock tank?

Sorry I keep adding questions, but

Would I want to run the return from the Magnafuel back to the surge or to the main tank?

Or would I need to run 2 regs, 1 from magnafuel and 1 from stock pump before the surge tank?

Here's a surge system:

Here's one you tap into the factory tank:

I know of those systems, but I can easily replicate for cheaper, I'm wondering as to which type is better.

Ii meant for cheaper. I'm wondering if these systems are good for occasional street use, like being able to drive for an hour.

How much power are you planning to make?? We have several much simpler systems for big power.

Over 1000 to the wheels and occasional e85 use, I'm looking to make a DIY system instead of purchasing an expensive intank setup. The magnafuel is a much better choice for me based on budget.

Wow, just looked at your prices and didn't realize your double pumpers were priced so well, good job Nate!

I may need 3 pumps though to fulfill my need as I'm going to go over 1000 at times.

I can design a triple intank system if you need that much, but my dual pump setups will support over 1000rwhp on gasoline. I assume this is for the C6 shown in your signature?

Let me know if interested in a reliable intank setup.

Nope going in the C5, hopefully a twin 70mm system soon. I don't know if I could justify spending money on a triple when I could have an external setup for 1/3 the cost typically.

Nate, How much do you think your twin setup with an external bosch 044 would support?

The C5 is easier yet to build a triple for.

As for the pump kits that Nate sells, I build them.
The dual intanks plus an external 044 will support well over 1600rwhp on gasoline with the appropriate lines etc.

Can you hit me up with a price a setup with the c5 dual intank with a 044 pump with just the install kit + wiring and hobbs switch.

I don't need any of the hardware or lines.

ThaNks
