Yes I removed the intake and redid everything to make sure it didn't have any vacum leaks. T
And the only code it throws is the map sensor low voltage. I've erased it but seems to pop back up everytime Iturn the engine, I'm on the way to buying a new sensor

No it didn't help Ichecked for spark and I'm not getting any what could the problem be? It also threw the map code again with new installed. It's driving me crazy, ima check all the wiring again

yea has to be a wiring issue if the map sensor is new. also make sure you have all the connectors plugged in. im not sure if the map circuit is messed up if that wont let there be spark. just double check everything. what map sensor did you buy? oem for a 98?

Yes oem map sensor, Iredid wiring and it stoped throwing the code but it still won't get spark Itested the conectors going to the coils and they do have current, what could have caused it to not throw spark? Could the vats on the key thing have broken and be the reason it won't fire?

The car started when I first installed the intake but idled @3000rpm took it for a ride a didn't help, I even turn it off and turned it back on when Igot to my house Iturned it off to replace tb since the new one had the bigger hole on blade for cam, Ithought that was the idle issue, but after that it wouldn't start again

how are you checking for spark? are you checking all the coils? were you getting spark before changing out the old map sensor? maybe you shorted something out?

if the circuit to the coil is ok and you have power i would assume the coil is bad. i would check multiple coils for spark.
