I will be running a 99 C5 with a stock shortblock with a G5X3 cam and stage 2 ported heads. It will also be running a FAST LSX 90 intake and 90 mm TB... Car has ALL boltons, headers etc...
What size injectors should I run? I was thinking 42 Ford Motorsports (Bosch).. but that might be a lil big...
I would like to keep my injector duty cycle down and NOT maxed out... Also.. the car "may" eventually get a small wet shot of juice.. 75ish...
What do you think?
I need some input on this one...
I have looked at the RC Engineering website and used their calculator.. this leads me more towards like the 42's... hmmm..
Thanks
Steve

because if youre going to spray then you have increased fuel needs...and replacing the stock pump with a Walboro is a niec upgrade....if you stray wet then then its more of a strain on the pump...and if you spray dry then youll need the injectors(like the set ive got for sale cheap),which in turn means youll want a better pump as well. Its like $100 for the pump and can handle well over 500rwhp.its a wise investment.

for a 100 shot i think its necessary.and hes right about maxing out the injectors.Id recommend wet for you app but you could always benefit from a set of 42#ers....pm me if you want my set.....whats $400 for injectors and a pump for insurance when if something happens and you go too lean and blow your motor and now you have to spend $6000?i personally would take the $400 any day.
