Do you have the newer version or the older one. Mine came with the custom sending unit.

I'm going through a custom tank install now and the factory gage is kaka vs how much gas is actually in the tank....depends how conservative the sending unit is set-up.

This is why it comes with the new custom sender. I forgot who makes it but its a nice sender.

I have the first version. It comes in around 12 gallons. That's a rough guess.

This is the way I look at it. I got on the X mas special he had. So the Tank and fuel rails came as a package. I allready have fuel rails so I sold them and got the tank for under $460. It is a quality part. Is it worth it? Well to me yes. Since I am forced induction I feel I shouldnt skimp on the fuel system. And this fuel system is the best IMHO. Nate also treats his customers right and is a great person to deal with. I have asked him a ton of question and every question has been answered.

Depends on your goal. If you need that sort of fueling than yes. I popped my first motor due to not enough flow.

I'd do it again. I had a few snags(dent t-top well to clear fitting, made longer tank straps, baffle didn't clear stock sending float, figuring the venting out) on the install but nothing major. This was on the first run. Dont' know how many revisions have been made since then. The easy thing I see is that the pump/filter assembly is now mounted on the driver side.

Forgot to add that Nate was a pleasure to deal with .

Anyone here have pics of their setups installed?I'm really interested in your vent setups to get ideas for my own. I'm getting tired of pumping a gallon a minute

I went over it with Nate. When he sends the rest of my system out I allready outsourced http://www.atlltd.com/ventvalves.htm Then topping it off with a K&N little filter like the ones we use on the air system when switching to a aftermarket lid. Now to find something like that in the US But I think the roll over valve will work just fine http://www.dougherbert.com/8rollover...e-p-12887.html

I think you are right it is about 12 gallons. we had done a quick dimention measure and got about 15 but I think real world fill is about 12. There has been many updates to the tanks as as we come by an issue we try to fix them. The sender was replaced with our custom fit one to eliminate level problems. The straps I have heard of some needing a little extra length some dont but longer bolts works. As far as I know there is no issues with the current tanks that people have let me know of. We try and provide the highest quality products we can.

Thanks Guys
Nate

Are you using the Weldon 600 pump as well? Mine ran out at 750.

I agree, my tank fit fine. It seems like I put in just over 5 gallons of fuel before my gauge even registered anything was in there.

1400hp? who told you that we have seen upwards of 900hp boosted out of these pumps.
