fuel system
help me decide my fuel system, getting rid of my walbro 255 and 42" injectors
sts car
370" iron block
intercooled,and meth
already got 60 pound injectors, need a fuel system to support atleast 800 rwhp. cant decide if its worth getting aeromotive system for 1300 bucks or get something like nasty's or lpa systems which are a little bit less cheaper but their system look more complex on the install then aeromotives. what is everybody running and how much did you spend on ur upgrades.
thanks
guys

I just finished installing the aeromotive kit tonight, wasn't too terribly hard, but I had to go buy some extra 90 degree fitting for the way I plumbed mine, runs well and the fuel pressure is a breeze to adjust. The AN fittings were kicking my *** though, but it was my first time working with them so its to be expected.

If its in the budget, getting a presumped drop in tank is easier that sumping one yourself, If you do decide to weld in fittings or use a bulkhead fitting make sure you look at your placement with the exaust on. I forgot to check one clearance and had to do some serious exaust modificaiton to remedy my oversight.

Well, let's start with the 60pph injectors would only be reliably good to maybe 680-700hp, and assuming there is nothing wrong with the rest of your fuel system a single 255 intank getting enough power should be able to feed that.

Definitely Twin in tank pumps or get a 98 tank and sump it and put an external Aeromotive pump on
-8 supply
-6 return
regulator-maybe set up as boost referenced
60 lb injectors
fuel rails
you might need bigger lines possibly. that should do it i think.

Im running the Nasty Stage 3 Kit! Its supposed to support 800-950 HP. It wasnt extremely hard to install a little time consuming but well worth it. Its 2 intanks -8 feed -6 return with a boost ref. regulator and Nastys Fuel Rails! Now as far as injectors Im running 60 lb. and with an A4 and a little over 520 RWHP Im only at 67% to 75% duty on my injectors I believe, not sure if they will hold the 800 HP you are looking for but possibly. Just my .02

I'm running a CAS drag tank (CAS is out of business), (2) Bosch 420L external pumps, -10 to the front, SS Racing fuel rails, Weldon regulator, -6 return... I'm running a BS 3 + 96 lb injectors but I could support over 1000 at the crank.

My pump kit is not complicated to install (it is a direct plug in), nor is the line kit any more complicated than the Aeromotive kit.
If you street drive, you will like the quiet in-tank version.

it could of been fast still on stock block but prolly wont of lasted that long, specially since i could just with a turn of the knop crank up the boost
still gotta get out my stock block hopefully this weekend, gonna take it out from the top, since its already just the bare block.
