i have a 383 stroker almost finished,im looking to do a moser 9 with 430 gears in the spring before the track opens,i will be running a 28 mt slick.i also will be using a wet 150 shot.will i be ok running thru the traps in 4th with a 430 gear and 28 slick on a 150 shot?my cam is a g5x3.

You will be good for 135+ with that gear and tire. Same setup as I have. Stick with the 4.30s

and as far as mpg goes.... i got 28 mpg w/ the 4.30's when I drove to memphis for the lsx shootout

I like them on the street. I went from 4.10s in the 10 bolt to the 4.30s in the M9. I could tell a difference but it wasn't nothing major, but it was noticeable.
