Default Some fancy new 9" parts - pics

Finally got here, if anyone was curious about what the star flanged and gun drilled axles look like here they are. Also the new cast moser torque arm mount is like a zillion times nicer then that old welded up mess they used to use. Still some heavy stuff though but I dont think my rotating weight will be too bad

Nice!

Any idea if that torque arm mount sits the same as the old welded up mess they use to run?

Looks like it bolts to the same place, I can measure the distance between the mounting points if you want to see if it will bolt to an older rear. I would guess it does though..

Its a direct replacement. I replaced my old welded up mess with the new one when I found out the old one I had was 7 degrees off from being square

Weighed the parts a little while ago..

Bare housing = 69lbs
axles with backing plates/caliper mounts and bearings (no parking brake shoes) = 49lbs
aluminum center section w/spool = 56lbs
torque arm mount = 14lbs

Looks like 188lbs total..

Going to install the stuff now
