Don't need an extra person. Leave the LCAs attached and the rear can be swung down to the ground. Once the weight is resting securely, you can unbolt them and roll it out of the way. I have found it is good to have a furniture dolly under it so you can roll it, though I have drug mine out on the concrete before.

Though I'm unfamiliar with the s60, we have found that the 12 bolt, 9 inch, and 10 bolt all weigh relatively the same, about 200 pounds. We are referring to Moser aftermarket rears though.

Yea, i picked up my 10bolt by myself, no problem. I tried to do the same with the S60 just to see, and I quickly decided not to try (maybe it was the snapping in my back that warned me).
There are two bolts that you aren't supposed to make as tight as you can. I don't remember which ones or the specs, so I'm not much help there. But I rmr reading something about a specific torque specification for the new torque arm. The instructions said not to over-tighten them because they are pivot points.
When getting some of the brake fittings undone you may want to use penetrating oil and a heat gun (i used a hair dryer) to help loosen them up.
