Hey guys,

I am rebuilding my 10 bolt. Main reason being I am cheap and don't dig race EVER. It's mainly a cruise car, highway roll car.

Anyways - I have order a few things already

3.90 Motive G Gears
Shim install kit:

I am having trouble identifying what else I'll need. I assume bearings but the kit didn't come with them like I thought it did (wishful thinking i guess). I looked at the read me at the top of this subforum but didn't see it.

Part numbers and all you help is/are greatly appreciated!

I bought Timken bearings from parts store, worked great.

Yea thats why i had bought it. Come to find out, its just the stuff listed in the black in the auction. Which are shims and lube n stuff like that -

"Kit Contains Following!

Pinion Seal
Carrier Shims (unlike most kits)
Pinion Depth Shims (unlike most kits)
Gear Marking Compound W/Brush
Rear End Gasket or silicone
(10) Ring Gear bolts
Crush Sleeve
Lock Tite"

Replace the crush sleeve with a solid spacer, is the only thing i'd change.

Shim kit, timken outter axle bearings, 3.90 gears... anything im missing?
