LT cars have the same shaft as the LS cars. I like the Precision 234.

The 234s are too big.the joints don't match the parts store listings.they are factory and have spicer stamped on them.maybe they are Slp parts???

OK its the factory 10 bolt.the end caps are to large of a diameter plus the body of the 234 is too wide.I thought the 96 ss cars had a different shaft.the 1 le maybe? None of the ujoints at the parts store are small enough.the drive shaft has a GM part number on it however the ujoints are just marked Spicer.this shaft has never been out of the car so i know its the original.thanks

How do you know they won't fit the yoke on the rear end? Have you physically tried to put one in there? The 234 WILL fit a stock 10 bolt. Can you post pics of the actual parts so we can see if they are actually stock.

I'm thinking that it may be a spicer 1330 through measurements...any thoughts?

OK got a correction the rear u joint is a different part number.its wider across where it months to the rear end.the front one is the same width across both directions. Maybe the front is a 1330 and the rear is a 1330/1350.
