Default Wheel studs needed for a street car......1,000 RWHP

Literally a 100% street car....roll races only on drag radials.

Are they needed...?

Whats a good kit to buy?

Price for the kit?

For 1000 rwhp I go go with 5/8 wheel studs. Your wheels will need to be drilled out for them but this is the safest way to go. http://shop.brutespeed.com/Moser-808...Moser-8080.htm Bob

Stock is 12mm, but my strange axles were also drilled for 1/2 which is bigger. Those work with all wheels, and only cost 20 bucks to upgrade. Id be ok roll racing on those.

I have no knowledge on this upgrade. What do I need to do to use 1/2" studs.

I have stock, factory size studs now. Whatever came with my Strange 12.

Drill what? Rotor cap and axle hub?

I'm thinking 1/2" upgraded studs will be fine on street radials, only running on the street.....NO...?????

OK lets start at the rear end, are you running a complete Strange bolt in 12 bolt? Do you still have the paper work for this rear end?

not with 1/2"

5/8" should have to drill the rims open and the rotors open

More than likely your Strange rear end was set up wit 1/2 inch studs so pull a wheel off and check the stud size
