What is the top speed for 2.73 gearing in a 6 speed Vette or Camaro? (Given they have enough power to get there)

I just put a new 9" rear in w/3.10 gear. I'm going for top speed and handling. 4th @ 7K is 180mph and 5th @ 7K is 245mph w/26" tire. So far I'm lovin it. 1st goes to 60ish so I usually wind out 1st then go to 3rd when cruising. I plan on going to maxton or another air strip and topping her out after a few aerodynamic mods.

i did 178 on the dyno in 3rd, so in 4th i imagine it is up in the 240's maybe

well i had my a4 with 2.73 up to 143 and it was still rising (then i realized i should slow down since i was on the interstate...no traffic in site and was 3 in the morning), im sure i could easily hit the 154mph speedlimiter

i've gotten mine up to 155 with the rpms at 4-5k and still rising (couldnt tell, i was concentrating on not crashing!)... and thats some scary ****. i was on a divided highway.. and the trees in the center would just fly by like i was taking off in a jet.... but also this is in an A4.. plus my car was pretty much stock at the time, so i wonder what the bitch could do now
