Jannetty Racing 8.99 pass is a Hoax!!! He borrowed a time slip from another racer.
Car went 9.5's before it broke

Sure seems like it's possible?
The owner of the car has suddenly disappeared and the shop that built it is the one that posted the video of the no-time pass.
