Top 10 Cars That Could Use a Corvette V-8
Thought some of you might be interested in this. Motor Trend did an article on their top ten picks for cars that would be prime candidates for an LS swap.

What do you think? Any other cars that should have made the list?
I think an LS-powered BMW 3 series would make a great daily driver and an LS-powered NSX would be the perfect track car.

I don't like many of their picks. The idea of putting the engine into a good handling car that doesn't have much power makes sense to me. But just dropping an LS1 into a Prius or Honda CR-Z has little appeal. Since the Subaru BRZ is raved as a great platform and good handling car I'd love to see an LS based engine in it, or like you said, an NSX would be friggin cool.

Prius with a LS9 would be effen crazy! I just cant imagine the costs for doing all the conversions and crap but I think it would be worth every penny lol
I love Mazda RX-7s with LS7 powerplants, very sexy swap. Samething goes for the Honda IS300's with LS swaps, those things fly!

i actually know someone with a lt-1 prius swap. it sounds stupid but the look on peoples faces is almost worth it. and i agree with the miata -which this kinda thing happens all og the time with- the bmw could def use it. the brz and frs are cut from the same cloth but the gto ls3 swap in the brz was pretty sick. but those are the only 4 i think were worth doing.

Looks like the list is mostly a bunch of ugly little cars that would then be ugly little cars with an LS1. Personally I'd rather have a 4th gen or Corvette, then I get the LSx AND a car that I actually like.
As for the Expedition, why not just buy a Tahoe or Suburban in the first place and save yourself the trouble of an engine swap?
