Default compression different side to side

So I did a comp check today and found out one side is average 155 and the other is 180 average. Any thoughts? 408 AFR heads. 10.6 comp.

That's odd, if you want to rule out the push rods etc you could remove all the rockers and repeat the test and do a leak down test. The only thing I've seen that caused something like this was leaking valve seals on a few cylinders causing carbon build up just on those cylinders. This will raise the compression readings.
You could also rent-borrow a bore camera and pull the plugs to have a look at the piston tops and look down the intake runners. You can easily see carbon tracks on the runners if the valve seals are leaking.

Are you sure both heads are the same and before you installed the heads did you check the valve depth? I've seen were the valve seats are cut too deep in one head and the other are high. This will cause completely different compression readings side to side.
