the 427 ci zl1 cars from GMMG but thoes had "500 hp" as they were rated i believe. but there was also the ls6 optioned ones too 405 hp i think. near where i live there is a guy that has 2 427 cars. he has a 35th anniversary 427 camaro, and his wife has a '02 phase 3, 427 zl-1. they are awesome cars.

There was never a factory "LS6" 4th gen F-body. I'm not 100% sure on any possibile specialty post-assembly line packages available through local dealers/tuners, but I can tell you 100% for sure that NO F-body ever came off the GM assembly line with an LS6 heads/cam package. Some did have the block, and all had the intake ('01-02), but none had the 243 heads/cam.

There were.

There were technically 3 phases

Phase 1-400hp - 16 built
Phase 2-475hp - 16 built
Phase 3-600hp - 37 built

But there was one phase 4 SR427 built, it was built to honor Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins and his ZL1 drag car. I can't find any offical hp numbers on that.

Default FayettevilleF-body

A guy here, I think the moderator, has a 427 SS! Its pretty sweet from the Pics though it looks just like a regular 35th anniversary edition.
