Could someone help me find a site where you can see the original window sticker prices (or approximate prices) of Trans Ams and Camaros through the years? Actually ALL cars would be interesting, not just our cars. There must be a site that shows what new cars cost back in 1995 or 1985, etc.. Thanks in advance for any help.

supercars.net is a good one that has alot of factory specs (including our underrated HP), some prices show as unavailable, but they have a large list. Just click 'car compare' and line up the ones you want. It showed a base TA in 01 costing $27,000 something.

Thanks for the two sites but it isn't quite what I am looking for. Maybe there aren't any sites that cover the whole spectrum of cars and their original prices. I thought I would ask anyway. It would be a large undertaking. I get spoiled by the wealth of information on the internet, and when you can't find something it is unusual.

I guess there isn't one. I'm sure someone would have posted by now. Good try. I was just talking to a guy that bought an older non-GM car and he is looking for his original car price too. Most cars, domestic and foreign, just don't have this info available on-line apparently. The Camaro site mentioned above is a real good one for Camaro owners but that's about it. Maybe I should ask if there are any books that cover ALL cars original prices from the past 50 years.

If all you want is the prices not actual window stickers. Road & Track magazine does a yearly buyers guide that has prices for almost everything automotive. You may have to subscribe to have access.

Here is a copy that was available online of my car when I bought it new.
