Buying 2002 Firehawk
The dealership is asking $24,000 for car. It's an NBM Firehawk with a-4 and beige leather int with 30000 miles. Good price or a little high? Looking at car tomorrow.

So I should just offer him like $20,000 for the car out the door and it should be ok. I'm just trying to get a feel for how much I"m gonna offer without looking like a lowballer.

Thanks. But 20 sounds more reasonable. If your really sure its the exact car you want though paying a lil more wont kill ya. I overpaid a lil but I dont plan on getting rid of it so I didnt really care. Payments suck though.

I hear ya bro. After all is said and done I'll be paying About $400 a month for a car that gets driven on weekends and about 7 months outta the year....But it's an LS1 and I want it . I just wanna have a car that is alittle different from everybody elses. I've got a 95 T/A with a LT1 and she goes like hell but I want to step up a bit. Considering this is a Firehawk it should not decrease in value as quickly as a stock T/A or WS6.

After I paid exactly what the 1st owner wanted, I found out days later, one of the buyers just wouldn't go the extra 500 bucks. His lost, my gain. I wanted the car to enjoy, he wanted it for a investment. That's what a bank is for
