Thanks, it's most likely just gonna be a weekend/nice day car. It is my dad's and he's still getting used to it, and the power right now should be enough for him, or so he says, and he's coming from bikes. If anything maybe a catback and shorty shifter, but nothing major. All of that will be left for my car now, which is a whole other thing (deciding what to do...)

^ thanks, the house has a weird set up, very isolated. we've got to many cars now (no such thing though, right!) and they're scattered about, can kind of tell in the pics haha!

thanks again for all the comments My dad is THE pro on finding steals like this. He found my car with 47k on it for $8700! I'm considering selling it now so hopefully he'll help out well with that...

MycamaroSs, about the c6 thing, I don't know. They are nice too and he debated for a long time, I'm pretty sure he still is and I wouldn't doubt him selling this for one, one day. You're not the first to ask, and the answer he's giving everybody so far is "My daughter says the c5 z06 is nicer"... oops. I just think it's more of an enthusiasts car where as the c6, not so much even though it certainly moves. Just the fact that they come in automatic kind of proves that point in a way. Oh well, so far so good!

Deal with it, Nate. Welcome to ct! I got pulled over for not having my front plate on the z28 when it was on the 4runner to get inspection. It sucks but what can you do.
