TCS? is your traction control on or off, is the car acting weird all together? If your traction control is on it will not allow will spin and the gas pedal will act like a brick

prolly! but ummm if you check inder the hood on the passenger side behind the battery there should be a cylinder shaped round box if you have traction control! thats the only thing to think of right now!

also u are from the sac area? we have a local car club called sacfbodyz come sign up on sacfbodyz.com we do some GTG's and stuff usually

Are you giving it enough gas? just lay on it and they should spin.

sweet ya for sure sign up we do a bunch of things and are all pretty chill and close friends!

if you dont have it means the car has no traction control so thats not the problem! lol

yeah i mash that pedal and it wont rise over 2,200 rpm, , this is a noob question but when i hit the brakes does it lock up the back ones too ? i thought just the front, cuz the car does have new pads

Just add more mods to the car... that will fix the problem.

My 99 t/a does that when i am on the brakes hard... get the rpms up to 2000 like you normally do then slightly let off the brakes, once it starts to spin alot then you can hit the brakes a lil harder to stay in one place
