Where can I buy an air conditioner bracket? I need a whole new one.

Where can I buy an air conditioner bracket? I need a whole new one. I tried to get the broken hex head bolt out of the bracket and that hasn't gone so well. I've never had a problem like this before. I drilled the bolt and put a reverse extractor in it, and the extractor broke. I literally can't get the bolt and extractor out without ruining the hole so I need a new bracket.
Auto Zone and O'Reilly's don't carry it. Is this a dealership item only?

Most likely a dealership only item but I can almost guarantee you they won't have it in stock and they'll charge you out the *** for it. I don't think very highly of dealerships. Most of them around here aren't helpful at all and charge you an arm and a leg for everything. Your best bet would be to go to a junkyard and pull one off of an LS1.

I hate dealing with dealerships too but in this case I gotta hope and pray they've got it because I won't be able to get to a junkyard for a looooooooong time. And until then the car is torn apart.

Just so y'all know, Chevrolet told me today that the a/c brackets for our 98-02 F-bodies have been discontinued and aren't available at dealerships anymore. So from here on out it's junkyards and used.

i needed one too and i work at the dealership and they said theyre disontinued, and to the second poster, some dealerships are ******** but dont judge them all, that bracket if avli. would have been 30 plus tax
